Ericsson uses RLNC in Multi-hop Demo at IEEE 5G Summit Dresden

Great to have Ericsson using RLNC to show the benefits of recoding, at IEEE 5G Summit Dresden this week.

The demo shows an implementation of network function virtualisation (NFV) which enables a smart network powered with RLNC for video delivery.

Especially when there are multiple hops, RLNC can overcome errors in transmissions that improve end user experience and network utilisation.
